Capitalism

Socialism

What Does It Matter

It matters because the quality of life is drastically different between the two economic systems. Capitalism and socialism are two competing systems.

Capitalism

Socialism

No equality of outcome as individual skills, merit and efforts are not the same. Equality of outcomes regardless of skills, merit, and effort
Private ownership and free market institutions The state owns or controls the major means of production, distribution, and exchange of goods
Individuals and businesses produce what society wants Goods and services are based on usage value/needs of society as determined by central government
Relies on human nature, human motivation, and self interest Critical importance of political position and bureaucratic connection
The central government sets the rules, so all have an even playing field and prevent anticompetitive behavior High taxes and country debt to pay for all the social benefits
Competition in the marketplace is important with innovation and progress Absence of competition, innovation and progress lags

These are a few of the differences. In today’s world is no pure capitalist or socialist country. Socialism has caused immense human suffering in all countries where it existed. Millions died in Russia and China under their socialist economy Russia and China have and are moving to a more capitalist economy with a large central control. These are many other countries that have a large socialist influence.

The overriding issue is how much should the safety net be for low-income citizen.

The Puppet just signed a $1,700,000,000.00 Infrastructure Bill and is pushing to pass another $1,750,000,000 “Build Back Better” (Bigger Badder Bankrupt) social spending bill. The Bigger Badder Bankrupt will be the largest increase in welfare spending piled on top of the existing welfare system that cost $1,160,000,000 per year now. Some analysis indicates the average poor family with children already receives $65,200 in cash, food, housing, medical care, and educational support from the taxpayer each year. The Puppet plan will add at least another $11,300, with payoffs to special-interest groups

Check the chart above and determine how socialist is America. You may be feeling the pain of inflation and shortages. The Puppet took away your US energy, mandating you take a jab, indoctrinating kids in school. Is that socialist or what.
